How to get push notifications about orders on your phone

The OrderKrab mobile app can alert you when orders are ready to pack, when an order needs attention, and when the packing backlog reaches a number you choose. The settings are per organization and apply to every phone you have signed in on - and you can change them from the phone or from the web app.

   On the phone, open the Profile tab (the last tab, labeled with your organization's name) and find the Notifications card.

   Switch on the alerts you want: New orders ready to pack (sent as soon as orders are ready, grouped within a minute), Orders needing attention (when an order has a problem to resolve), and Backlog alert - pick the number of orders waiting to be packed that should trigger it, or Off. It fires once, when the backlog reaches that number.

   If the card says Notifications are turned off for OrderKrab in your phone settings, tap Open Settings and allow notifications for OrderKrab.

   Tapping a notification opens the Orders tab filtered to the orders it is about.
