Yes. You install the OrderKrab Shopify app from the Shopify App Store and your orders sync into a warehouse workflow. A picker collects the items with mobile picking on a phone. A packer then works on the Pick & Pack screen and scans every item to confirm it before the order can be closed. The carrier label prints automatically when the last item is scanned.

Yes. The OrderKrab WooCommerce plugin shows lockers inside the standard WooCommerce shipping block. Customers can search by city or address even with small typos, lockers are sorted by distance, and lockers that cannot accept cash on delivery are hidden when needed. You choose which options appear for each store and each country in the checkout settings.

Both are part of mobile picking, and both add a collecting step before packing. A Pick List puts every item from every waiting order into one list, grouped by product, so one person can walk through the warehouse once and collect everything. Pick Slips show one order at a time in a queue, so several people can pick at the same time and nobody is ever given the same order twice.

You can manage several brands or client warehouses from one login, give each client an account that shows only their own data, show the platform under your own brand, and see packer results for each client separately. LABELS covers label printing and order management, is billed per order, and has a €4.99 minimum monthly invoice. Krab AI checks every order the moment it arrives from your store and marks the ones a carrier will reject, such as a wrong postal code, an address that is too long, a missing phone number, or a locker that does not match. It then suggests the exact correct value. Nothing is changed on its own. A person accepts or rejects every suggestion. Krab AI is part of the PRO plan and you use it in order management.
