Carrier response, with no plain explanation
LP Express does not accept addresses longer than 50 characters. Krab AI will shorten "Vilniaus g. 123A-45, Vilniaus rajono savivaldybė" to "Vilniaus g. 123A-45, Vilnius". It is the same delivery address, but short enough.

Per-product control
Turn off fulfillment for certain items or locations
You can turn off fulfillment for certain products, such as digital or in-store only items, or for certain locations if someone else packs those orders. When it is off, those orders stay out of the main flow and cannot be packed or marked by mistake.
Defer shipping
Accept orders now, choose shipping later
Orders can arrive in OrderKrab without a shipping method, and you choose the carrier or option later. This helps when you want to keep shipping costs down. You can also set up shipping rules to handle the decisions you make often.
Pre-orders & MTO
Pre-orders and made-to-order items
You can mark orders so they do not enter the packing queue until the products are ready to ship. Use this for pre-orders and made-to-order items. They stay visible in the list and only join the queue when you are ready.
You can also record progress on each made-to-order item, so the team knows where it stands before it reaches the queue.
