Every store's stock in one list, synced both ways.
The Inventory page shows live stock for every Shopify and WooCommerce store you fulfil. Adjust a count with a note, trace any movement to its cause, and receive deliveries by scanning them in on your phone. Changes go back to the store, and a nightly check keeps the two in step.

- Two-way sync

- Every movement logged
One list for every store you fulfil.
Every synced product variant appears with its product, variant, SKU, barcode and available count. Search by any of those, or narrow the list to one store. A warehouse fulfilling for several clients sees each client's store in the same list, labelled with the client's name.
Stock is tracked per store location, so a variant kept in two Shopify locations shows the count at each one under its total. A variant whose stock the store does not track says so instead of showing a number.

Three things you do with it
Adjust, trace, receive.
A stock change that carries its reason, a history that explains every number, and a phone screen for the goods that arrive at the door.
Adjust with a note
Pick the location, enter a positive or negative change, and check the current and the new count before you save. A note is required, so the reason travels with the change. If a save cannot be confirmed, pressing Save again is safe: nothing is counted twice.
Saved once, never twiceHistory that explains every count
Each movement is listed with its cause - Receiving, Manual adjustment, a change made in the store itself, or Reconciliation - with the quantity change, the count it led to, the location, who made it and when, and the note.
Per variantReceive by scanning
On the phone, open Update Stock, point the camera at a barcode or type a SKU, and the item appears with its stock at your location and in total. Add the quantity that arrived, and the camera is ready for the next item.
Scanner tab in the app
Deliveries go in at the door, not at a desk.
Open Update Stock in the OrderKrab app, choose the store location once, and scan. Each scan opens the item with its stock at your location and in total. Confirm the quantity and scan the next one.
An item that belongs to another store's location is flagged before anything is saved, an unknown code is reported as not found, and a save that cannot be confirmed can be retried without being counted twice.
- 1
Pick the location
A Shopify location, or the single store location on WooCommerce. One location is chosen for you; several open a picker.
- 2
Scan or type the code
The camera reads EAN, UPC, Code 128, QR and more. The item is found by barcode first, then by SKU.
- 3
Confirm the quantity
Add what arrived, or remove, with removals capped at the stock on hand. A short vibration confirms the save.
- 4
Next item
The camera comes straight back. A running count shows what this session added, with a list of every change.
Two-way sync
The store and the warehouse agree, every night.
Stock changes flow in from the store as they happen and go back out when you receive or adjust. A nightly check compares both sides and corrects any drift.
From the store
A change made in Shopify arrives through Shopify's inventory webhooks. WooCommerce reports its changes, including the reductions it makes itself when an order comes in, as batched events from the OrderKrab plugin.
To the store
Every receipt and manual adjustment is pushed to the store as a change to its available quantity. On WooCommerce each adjustment carries its own key, so a retried request can never move stock twice.
The nightly check
Once a night, OrderKrab compares its levels with the store's. Where nothing is waiting to be pushed, the store's number wins and the difference is written to the history as a Reconciliation. A change the store never accepts is retried for three days, then the store's value is kept and the history says so.

For your own stores, and for the clients you fulfil for.
Inventory is included on PRO and Warehouse. On PRO, the Inventory page covers every store you have connected. On Warehouse, each client you fulfil for gets its own organization and its stock shows up on your Inventory page: your team adjusts and receives it, and the client's own users keep their orders, packing and returns exactly as before.
