Send every checkout to the right carrier, automatically.
Match the shipping option your customer chose at checkout to one of your carriers and services. Or add a parcel locker picker to your store's thank-you page. You can do it per country, with no code.
- Carriers chosen automatically
- Lockers on the thank-you page
- A rule set for each country
- Runs on every order
Simple WHEN and THEN, one set per country
Choose a country at the top of the list. Add a rule that says: when the shipping method on an arriving order matches this exact text, choose that carrier and method. Save it. Done.
Rules run on our servers as the orders arrive. There is no plugin, no script, and no screen where someone sorts orders by hand.
- A rule set for each country
- Add and remove rules in seconds
- Uses the carriers you already added
- Runs the moment an order arrives

Two kinds of rule
Two patterns cover most of the work between checkout and carrier.
Both kinds start from the shipping option your customer chose at checkout. The difference is what happens next.
Match store shipping options to your carriers
When a customer chooses a shipping option at checkout, OrderKrab compares its name against your rules and chooses the carrier and service you set up. You no longer open every order to pick a carrier.
- Choose a courier method or a parcel locker method
- Uses the carrier contracts you already have
- One rule for each shipping option in each country
Add a locker picker after the purchase
When a checkout option matches a thank-you page rule, the customer sees a locker search after paying. They choose a pickup point, such as InPost or a DPD locker, and OrderKrab attaches it to the order.
- The customer chooses a locker after paying
- A locker company for each country
- Works even when your store platform cannot show lockers

Why it matters
Set it up once and save time every day
No more choosing a carrier order by order
Every order that arrives already has a carrier and a method. Your packers see an order that is ready for a label, not one that needs sorting out.
Country aware from the start
Rules belong to a destination country. The same checkout option, such as "Standard Shipping", can go to a different carrier in Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Lockers even without platform support
If your store cannot show lockers by itself, the thank-you page rule collects the choice afterwards, so the customer still gets a pickup point.
