Where the idea came from

While studying how Amazon fulfillment centers work, one of our founders kept noticing the same thing. The setup that lets them pack thousands of orders an hour with almost no mistakes is not complicated.
It is a barcode scanner, a label printer, and software that guides the packer through every step. That is all. So we asked the obvious question: why should every online store not pack this way?
Pick & Pack is our answer. It is the same proven flow, made small enough that a small team can set it up in one afternoon.
The hardware you need
Pick & Pack runs on hardware you probably already have. There are two pieces, one required and one optional, and we can supply both if you do not have them.
Label printer
Any modern shipping label printer that handles PDF or ZPL works right away. There is no special model to buy and no driver to set up. Plug it in, install PrintKrab, and your labels are ready.

A scanner makes confirming items faster and stops the wrong item going into the box. Do not have one? Pick & Pack can confirm the items automatically instead.
