How to install PrintKrab and connect a label printer
PrintKrab is OrderKrab's free desktop companion app — it bridges your browser and your physical label printer so labels print instantly during packing. ZPL label printers are recommended.

Download PrintKrab: in the sidebar, click the info icon next to the PrintKrab status and press Download PrintKrab — or go to Settings → Printer → Resources → Download PrintKrab.

Install and run PrintKrab on the computer your label printer is connected to.

Connect and power on your label printer (install its driver if the OS asks — driver links are in the Resources card).

Back in OrderKrab, check the sidebar: PrintKrab should show Active and Label Printer should show Ready.

Go to Settings → Printer and click your printer in the Printer selection list to make it the Preferred printer.

Click the printer's gear icon and press Test print to verify everything works.
Good to know
- Pick and Pack and all in-app printing require PrintKrab online and a printer connected.
- The Printer tab is a PRO feature and is available on desktop only.
