Yes. OrderKrab has no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, so you can keep using everything you're paying for.

If you only want to pause shipping for a season, switching from PRO to LABELS keeps your data and integrations in place at a lower minimum invoice (€10 instead of €25).

OrderKrab is built to work with your own carrier contracts. You connect the contracts you already have with LP Express, Omniva, DPD, DHL Express, Venipak, Latvijas Pasts, Smartposti, FedEx, UPS, InPost and others, and OrderKrab generates labels and tracking numbers at your own rates.

If you don't have a carrier contract yet, our team can help you get one set up during onboarding.

OrderKrab is integrated with 19 carriers: DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, Deutsche Post International, InPost, Nova Post, Omniva, Venipak, Lietuvos paštas, LP Express, Unisend, Smartposti, Zipas Go, Latvijas Pasts, Poczta Polska, DHL Freight, GLS and Royal Mail. Every integration covers labels and tracking. Returns, parcel lockers at checkout, scheduled courier pickups and handover manifests depend on the carrier.

OrderKrab offers native, one-click integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and supports unlimited storefronts on a single account so you can manage all your stores from one place.

If you run on a less common platform, you can still use OrderKrab by importing orders via CSV upload or by connecting your system through our API.

OrderKrab is actively working on adding carrier and store platform integrations. New integrations are prioritized based on customer demand. The fastest way to get yours on the roadmap is to tell us about it. We'll let you know our timeline, and in many cases we can release it within weeks.

When a customer places an order, OrderKrab reads the shipping method they chose at checkout (courier, parcel locker, pickup point, etc.) and the destination address. Then OrderKrab calls your carrier under your own contract. A tracking number is issued and a PDF or ZPL label comes back ready to print. You can print one label at a time from the order view, or batch-print dozens at once with Bulk Print right inside Pick & Pack.

Even after the order has been received, you can still edit the shipment: switch the parcel locker, change the shipping method (e.g. courier ↔ locker), or even swap the carrier entirely. OrderKrab voids the old label and creates a new one for your updated choice, so your team always has the right label in hand when packing.

The per-order rate is tiered and graduated. Each rate applies only to the orders inside that tier of monthly volume, so moving into a new tier never changes the price of your earlier orders.

On LABELS the rate is €0.10 per order for your first 500 orders, then €0.09 between 500 and 2,000 orders, €0.08 between 2,000 and 5,000, and €0.07 above 5,000, with a €10 minimum monthly invoice. On PRO the same tiers cost €0.14, €0.13, €0.12 and €0.11 per order, with a €25 minimum monthly invoice. PRO adds Pick & Pack, Krab AI, Mobile Pick Lists and analytics.

LABELS is for stores that mainly need a clean way to print shipping labels and manage orders. It's labels-only, from €0.10 per order with a €10 minimum invoice. It does not include the Pick & Pack workflow, Krab AI or analytics.

PRO is the full fulfillment operating system: guided Pick & Pack with a multi-packer queue, scan-to-confirm packing, Mobile Pick Lists, automatic label printing in the flow, additional shipments inside Pick & Pack, performance analytics, Krab AI (which catches and fixes problem orders before they ship) and extended support. Most teams that ship daily end up on PRO.

Yes - there are two ways 3PLs and fulfillment providers work with OrderKrab:

The first is a simple integration for merchants with an existing 3PL provider: OrderKrab hands off orders and shipping labels straight to your 3PL. We take care of the technical implementation.
