Yes. OrderKrab has no long-term commitment - you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle so you can keep using everything you're paying for.

If you only want to pause shipping for a season, switching from PRO to LABELS keeps your data and integrations in place without a monthly base fee.

If you run on a less common platform, you can still use OrderKrab by importing orders via CSV upload or by connecting your system through our API.

OrderKrab is actively working on adding carrier and store platform integrations. New integrations are prioritized based on customer demand, so the fastest way to get yours on the roadmap is to tell us about it - we'll let you know our timeline and, in many cases, can ship it within weeks.

When a customer places an order, OrderKrab reads the shipping method they picked at checkout - courier, parcel locker, pickup point, etc. - along with the destination address. From there OrderKrab calls your carrier under your own contract: a tracking number is issued, the manifest line is recorded, and a PDF or ZPL label comes back ready to print. You can print one label at a time from the order view, or batch-print dozens at once with Bulk Print right inside Pick & Pack.

Even after the order has been received, you can still edit the shipment - switch the parcel locker, change the shipping method (e.g. courier ↔ locker), or even swap the carrier entirely. OrderKrab voids the old label and re-generates a new one against your updated choice, so your team always has the right label in hand when packing.

The per-order rate is tiered and graduated - each rate applies only to the orders that fall inside that slice of monthly volume, so crossing a tier never re-prices your earlier orders.

On LABELS and PRO the rate starts at €0.11 per order for your first 500 orders, then drops to €0.10 between 500 and 2,000 orders, €0.09 between 2,000 and 5,000, and €0.08 above 5,000. PRO adds a monthly base on top (from €25/mo up to €199/mo) that unlocks Pick & Pack, Krab AI, mobile pick lists and analytics.

LABELS is for stores that mainly need a clean way to print shipping labels and manage orders - it's labels-only, with no monthly base beyond a €4.99 minimum invoice, and skips the Pick & Pack workflow, Krab AI and analytics.

PRO is the full fulfillment operating system: guided Pick & Pack with a multi-packer queue, scan-to-confirm packing, mobile Pick Lists, automatic label printing in the flow, additional shipments inside Pick & Pack, performance analytics, Krab AI (which catches and fixes problem orders before they ship) and extended support. Most teams that ship daily end up on PRO.

Yes - there are two ways 3PLs and fulfillment providers work with OrderKrab:

The first is a simple integration with your existing 3PL provider: OrderKrab hands off orders and shipping labels straight to your 3PL. We take care of the technical implementation.
