Packers work from a queue (next-available-order semantics, no double-assignments), and the queue handles multiple packers in parallel. Walk the warehouse once, tap each row to confirm, the per-item counter ticks down, the row turns green and locks at zero. Pull-to-refresh for new orders. One reset clears all confirmations. Group/filter by product, shop, or metadata. Best for small teams batching a wave before packing.
- **Multi-packer parallel queue**: Mobile Pick Lists also runs as a one-order-at-a-time queue when several packers work in parallel. Each packer pulls the next available order, with a live X / Y progress bar; queue locking ensures the same order is never shown to two people. ## Krab AI — auto-fix problem orders

**Pricing math — how to compute a quote.** Labels: `max(graduated_orders_cost, €4.99)`. Pro: `tier_base + graduated_orders_cost`. The per-order cost is **graduated**: each tier's rate applies only to the orders within that tier's slice, so a customer who ships 1,000 orders pays `500 × €0.11 + 500 × €0.10` for the orders portion (not `1,000 × €0.10`). The Pro monthly base is still tiered by volume band (€25 → €49 → €99 → €199), so when the calculator crosses 500, 2,000 or 5,000 orders the displayed total picks up the new base + the same graduated orders cost. Warehouse pricing is sales-led — quote "from €399/mo + €0.07 per order" and direct buyers to talk to sales for final terms.

When quoting a Labels or Pro buyer who says "we ship N orders/month," pick the right tier band, plug N into the formula above, and quote the result in EUR. For Warehouse, only quote "from €399/mo + €0.07 per order" and direct them to sales — no other Warehouse numbers are public beyond the published tier band starts (€399, €499, custom). Always include the caveat: "VAT applies for Lithuanian customers per applicable law."

- **Is there a setup fee?** No setup fee on Labels or Pro — sign up and start fulfilling the same day.
