How to get and sign in to the OrderKrab mobile app
OrderKrab Mobile turns your phone into a fulfillment workstation — pick, pack, and manage Shopify and WooCommerce orders from the warehouse floor. It's the companion to the web app: you sign in with your existing OrderKrab account and your permissions follow you.

Install OrderKrab from the Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play Store (Android).

Open the app and tap Log in. The OrderKrab login page opens in a secure in-app browser — enter your existing OrderKrab email and password. On iOS you can use Sign in with Apple instead.

On the Organizations screen, tap the organization you want to work in. Each card shows the organization's name, city, and plan.

You land on the Dashboard tab, ready to work. The app remembers your session and organization, so you normally sign in only once.
Good to know
- New accounts can't be created in the app — register on the web first (see the account creation guide).
- The app is available in English and Lithuanian.
- If a required update is available, an Update Required screen appears with an Update Now button — update from the store to continue.
- On a phone, always work in the OrderKrab app — the web admin is not meant to be used in a mobile browser.
