Mobile app vs. web app — what you can do where
The mobile app is built for the warehouse floor; the web app is the full control room. Here's the split so you always know where to go.
- 1
On mobile you can: view the dashboard and efficiency stats; browse, search, filter, and sort all orders; change order statuses (set items ready, waiting for picking, reset fulfillment, fulfill, ready for pickup, confirm picked up); edit customer and address data; add comments; archive orders; run the full Pick List and Pick Slip picking workflows with camera scan-to-confirm; look up orders by scanning; switch organizations and language.
- 2
Stay on the web for: connecting stores and carriers, creating shipments and printing or downloading shipping labels (these rely on the PrintKrab desktop integration), Pick and Pack packing sessions, shipping configuration (methods, pricing, rules, manifests, pickups), returns processing, full analytics and report exports, team and billing management, and creating new accounts.
- 3
A good day-to-day split: pickers walk the warehouse with the phone (Pick List + Pick Slip + scanning), while the packing station runs Pick and Pack on a desktop with the label printer.
