How to use the Pick List on mobile
The mobile Pick List is the phone version of the web Pick List: every item waiting to be picked, aggregated across orders, that you can tick off as you walk the shelves.

Open the Pick List tab. Each card shows the product image, name, variant, SKU/barcode, and a quantity box.

Tap a card once per unit as you pick — the card fills with your accent color and locks when the full quantity is confirmed.

Pull down to refresh (this also resets your tick-offs), or use the Refresh button at the bottom.

Tap the gear icon for Pick List view options: toggle Separate by metadata to list personalized items individually (synced with the same setting on the web), and pick your Reference color — the accent used for fills, the progress bar, and the Next button.

Ready to pick order by order? Tap Pick Slip (top right) to start the guided queue.
Good to know
- Tick-offs are a visual counting aid only — they don't change order statuses and reset on refresh.
- The Pick List requires the PRO plan; on other plans the tab shows a PRO plan required screen.
