How to use Pick Slips to pre-collect items
Pick Slips add a collection pass before packing: orders first arrive as Waiting for Picking, a picker walks the warehouse collecting items order by order, and only then do orders become ready for Pick and Pack. Pick Slips are meant to be used in the OrderKrab mobile app — the phone goes with you along the shelves and its camera confirms every item.

Enable the feature first: in the web app, go to Settings → Fulfillment → Pick Slip controls and switch on Pick Slips.

Put the OrderKrab mobile app on the picker's phone — download it for iOS or Android and sign in with your OrderKrab account.

In the app, open the Pick List tab and tap Pick Slip (it's also on the Dashboard).

In Pick Slip Filters, optionally narrow the queue by store, carrier, or location, then tap Start Picking.

Orders load one at a time. Collect the physical items and confirm each one by tapping it — or tap Scan and confirm items with the phone camera.

Tap Next to complete the order and load the next one; tap Skip to pass over an order you can't collect right now.

When you're done, tap ✕ and choose Confirm & Exit — collected orders move on to Pending Fulfillment for packing.
Good to know
- With Instant "Pending Fulfillment" after Pick Slip enabled in Settings, each order moves forward immediately after you press Next instead of waiting for the final confirmation.
- Pick Slips are a PRO plan feature.
- Full mobile walkthroughs: run a Pick Slip queue on mobile and confirm items with the phone camera.
- The web Pick List page also has a Pick Slips button for desktop use, but for walking the warehouse the mobile app is the intended tool — never the web admin in a phone browser.
