How to configure fulfillment settings

The General tab of Settings controls how packing and order processing behave for your whole team. Every change saves automatically - you'll see an "Organization settings have been saved" confirmation.

   In the sidebar, click Settings (you land on the General tab).

   Pick-and-Pack settings (PRO): Exclude unpaid orders from pick & pack queue; No-scan mode (items don't need to be scanned or clicked - the label prints when the order loads) with No-scan item columns for how many item columns the no-scan screen shows; Split orders (Shopify: an order with items at two or more fulfillment locations becomes one part per location, and packers can ship what is packed and split the rest off); Skip what is left of a partly shipped order (the split-off part waits in Skipped instead of going straight back to the queue); Film fulfillments (the webcam records every fulfillment); Scanner delay between scans (0–10 s cooldown); Show location on order items and filters.

   Order Processing: show or hide Orders without OrderKrab shipping and Unprocessable orders from Orders and Analytics; Do not allow unpaid orders to become "Pending Fulfillment"; and Auto-reset "Being Fulfilled" status with a delay in minutes - a safety net that returns stuck orders to the queue.

   Shipping Label controls: Create shipments in advance registers the shipment with the carrier as soon as an order is ready to pack, so the label prints instantly during packing - switch it off if parcels shouldn't be registered before they are packed. It applies to the carriers that support it: LP Express (and Unisend), Lietuvos paštas, Latvijas Pasts, DPD, Omniva, Venipak, Smartposti, InPost, Zipas Go and Nova Post.    Pick Slip controls (PRO): switch Pick Slips on to add the pre-collection step, and Instant "Pending Fulfillment" after Pick Slip to release orders as soon as they're picked.

   Design controls: the colours of the quantity box on order items - one colour for a quantity of 1, another for more than 1, an optional border, and a live preview. The same controls open from the Settings button in Pick and Pack.

   Changes apply immediately - no Save button needed.
