How to skip orders or exit Pick and Pack safely

Missing stock? Need to stop mid-queue? Pick and Pack has safe ways out that keep your order statuses clean.

   Skip one order: click Skip Order (next to Missing some items?). The order gets the Skipped status and the next order loads. Add a comment first if you want to record why.

   Exit mid-order: click Exit to Dashboard in the top bar. In the confirmation window choose:

   Exit to Dashboard — the current order stays Being Fulfilled; you can finish or reset it later from its order page.

   Exit and Reset Fulfillment — cancels the current order's fulfillment and returns it to the pending queue.

   Finished packing an order but want to stop: use COMPLETE AND EXIT instead — it completes the current order properly before exiting.

   Skipped orders can be returned to the queue later: open the order (or select several) and use Reset Fulfillment.
