How to use bulk order actions
Selecting orders in the list reveals a bulk action bar. Which actions appear depends on the statuses of the selected orders — only actions valid for every selected order are offered.

In the sidebar, click Orders, then tick one or more order rows.

Pick an action from the bulk bar (extra actions live under More):

Confirm Preselected Shipping — for orders Waiting for Shipping Method: accepts the store's preselected method.

Set Order Items Ready — for Items Not Ready: releases the orders into the fulfillment queue.

Initiate Shipments — for Pending Fulfillment / Waiting for Picking: generates labels (with confirmation).

Reset Picking / Reset Fulfillment — returns Being Picked orders to the pick queue, or cancels an in-progress fulfillment.

Set as Fulfilled — marks Being Fulfilled orders as done.

Skip Picking / Back to Picking — moves orders between Waiting for Picking and Pending Fulfillment (requires Pick Slips to be enabled).

Set as Items Not Ready / Set as Skipped — parks orders that shouldn't be fulfilled yet.

Set Ready For Pickup / Confirm Order Picked Up — for store pick-up orders in transit or awaiting the customer.

Download Labels — downloads a combined PDF of labels for Fulfilled / Being Fulfilled orders.

Archive / Unarchive — hides orders from the Open views (or brings them back).
Good to know
- A "Processing bulk action..." overlay shows while the action runs; counts and the list refresh automatically afterwards.
