How to initiate shipments for multiple orders at once
Instead of opening orders one by one, select any number of Pending Fulfillment orders and generate their shipping labels in one action.

In the sidebar, click Orders.

Open the status selector and choose Pending Fulfillment (or Waiting for Picking).

Tick the checkbox on each order you want to ship — or the select-all checkbox in the header.

In the bulk action bar, click Initiate Shipments.

In the confirmation window ("{count} order(s) will be initiated and will obtain status 'Being Fulfilled'"), click Initiate.

Wait for the processing overlay to finish. The orders move to Being Fulfilled and their labels are generated.

To get the labels, re-select the orders and use Download Labels in the More menu, or print them per order.
Good to know
- Bulk actions only show what's valid for every selected order — mixing statuses can reduce the available actions.
