How to track the delivery of an order
Once an order is fulfilled, its order page shows where the parcel is: the latest stage from the carrier, a progress bar, the expected delivery date when the carrier gives one, and the full list of carrier events - without leaving OrderKrab.
- 1
Open a Fulfilled order from the Orders page. The delivery status sits at the top of the Shipping card.
- 2
Read the stage next to the carrier logo: Waiting for dispatch until the carrier scans the parcel, then Shipping, In warehouse, Out for delivery or In locker, and finally Delivered. The bar underneath runs Packed → Shipping → last mile → Delivered.
- 3
If the carrier gives an estimated delivery day, it shows as Expected {date} - UPS, FedEx and DHL Express provide one.
- 4
The newest event is listed with its time, place and source (OrderKrab or Carrier). Click Show all carrier events for the whole history, and Hide events to fold it again.
- 5
Click the link icon (Track at carrier) to open the parcel on the carrier's own tracking page.
Good to know
- Tracking events come from DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, Nova Post, DPD, LP Express (Unisend included), Lietuvos paštas, Omniva and Venipak. For other carriers the card says {carrier} has no tracking events for this parcel yet - use Track at carrier or the tracking code on the carrier's site.
- Something went wrong on the way? The bar turns amber and the stage reads Delivery problem or Returning to you. The events list says what the carrier recorded.
- The order's status doesn't change with delivery - a delivered parcel's order stays Fulfilled.
- The status is fetched from the carrier when you open the order and kept for 10 minutes, so reopen the page later for news.
- An order packed into several shipments shows the delivery status of its first shipment; every shipment's tracking code is listed on the Shipping card.
- Store pick-up orders with a pick-up label follow their way to your store instead: Shipping while in transit to the store, Ready for pickup at the store, and Delivered once the customer has collected it.
- Packing steps before the parcel leaves - order received, picking, packing - are in the Action Timeline card, not in the delivery status.
