How to create a return label for an order
Any order can get a return shipment with its own label — handy when a customer asks to send something back and you don't use the returns portal.

Open the order from the Orders page.

On the Shipping card, click Add Shipment to open the Shipments window.

Click Create Return.

The new return shipment appears in the table with its status and tracking code.

Click Download to save the return label PDF, or Print to send it to your label printer.
Good to know
- The same window's Extra Shipment button creates an additional outbound shipment (e.g. a second parcel), and Recreate regenerates the primary shipment.
