How to use the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your control room: the order queue, alerts that need action, fulfillment efficiency stats, and your most recent orders.

   In the sidebar, click Dashboard (it's also the page you land on after login).

   Set up OrderKrab - until setup is done, a checklist at the top walks you through it: review your sender details, connect your store, connect your carrier account, switch delivery on for a country, check that rates reach your checkout, set up automatic label printing, print your first label, and invite a teammate. Each item has a shortcut button. Items marked Optional don't count towards the progress, and Dismiss hides the card.

   Alert cards at the top tell you what needs action: orders that need a fix before they can ship (up to three listed with their carrier logo and a Fix order button, then See all in Orders), active fulfillments left unfinished (each with Open order, then Go to orders), or missing store/carrier connections - each with a shortcut button.

   ORDERS IN QUEUE shows how many orders still need fulfilling, per shop and per status. Click any status block to jump to the Orders page filtered by that status.

   Start Pick and Pack launches a packing session straight from the Dashboard.

   Fulfillment Efficiency shows fulfilled orders, average fulfillment time, and average order turnaround for the current month, plus a 30-day chart. Click View full analytics for more.

   Recent Orders lists your five newest orders - click a row to open it, or All Orders for the full list.

   Click Dashboard settings (the gear button in the header): choose which statuses count toward the queue under Orders in Queue and which columns Recent Orders shows under Recent Orders Columns, then click Save.
