How to read your Analytics dashboard
Analytics gives you fulfillment metrics for the current month, last month, and all time, plus charts and rankings that show where your operation stands. It's a PRO plan feature.

In the sidebar, click Analytics.

ORDERS WAITING ACTION (left) shows every unfulfilled order as a bar chart per status — click any bar to jump to the Orders page filtered by that status.

The three metric cards (right) show Orders fulfilled (counted when a label is generated — this matches your invoice volume), Average fulfillment time (time spent packing per order), and Average order turnaround time (from order received to completed). Green/red delta badges compare this month to last.

Received vs. Fulfilled tab: a 60-day line chart comparing orders coming in vs. going out — if the lines diverge, your queue is growing.

Geographic Distribution tab: a world map with order counts per destination country.

Packer rankings tab: per-packer totals — orders fulfilled, average time per fulfillment, and total time spent.

Product & Carrier rankings tab: your best-selling products and most-used shipping providers, with View more for the full lists.
Good to know
- The waiting-action chart respects your Settings visibility choices (hidden unprocessable / no-shipping orders are excluded).
- Only orders marked complete are attributed to packers, so packer totals can be lower than the Orders fulfilled card.
