How to find an order by scanning a barcode

The Scanner tab finds orders instantly: scan a shipping label, a QR code, or any barcode, and the app searches your orders for it.

    Open the Scanner tab (Scan to Find Order).

  2. 2

    Point the camera at the barcode or QR code — on a parcel label, a packing slip, wherever.

  3. 3

    The app jumps to the Orders tab with the scanned value in the search bar and shows the matching order(s).

  4. 4

    Tap the order to open its detail screen.

Good to know

  • On first use, tap Grant Permission to allow camera access.
  • The camera runs only while the Scanner tab is open.
