How to generate a carrier manifest

A manifest is the end-of-day handover document listing all fulfilled parcels you're giving to a carrier. Carriers that have parcels ready appear automatically under Pending Manifests.

    In the sidebar, click Shipping and open the Manifests tab.

    Under Pending Manifests, find the carrier card showing N orders ready and click View.

  3. 3

    Review the order list in the Generate Manifest window.

  4. 4

    Enter the Number of copies (1–99).

  5. 5

    Click Generate. A Generated manifest for {carrier} confirmation appears.

  6. 6

    The manifest moves to View generated Manifests below — click it and press Download to save the PDF.

Good to know

  • Use the Search manifests field to find older manifests by code or carrier name.
