How to create a custom shipment (without an order)

Need a label for something that isn't a store order — a supplier return, a warehouse transfer, a one-off parcel? The Create Shipments page generates standalone labels with any of your connected carriers.

   In the sidebar, click Shipping, then click New Shipment in the page header.

   On the Create Shipments page, click Create Shipment.

   In the left column, search and select the destination Country, then pick a Shipping Option (carrier) and Shipping Method. For locker methods, search and select the specific Locker.

   Fill in the right column: Receiver Details (name, phone, email), Address (address lines, city, zip), and Shipment Content & Customs (content description, total price + currency, total weight in grams, export reason, and an optional note printed on the label).

   Click Create Shipment.

   The shipment appears in the table — click Download Label to save the PDF or Print Label to send it to your label printer.
