How to do everything in OrderKrab

83 step-by-step tutorials covering every button and workflow — from your first order to advanced shipping automation.

How to connect a shipping carrier

OrderKrab generates labels through your own carrier contracts. Supported carriers include DHL Express, DPD, FedEx, InPost, Lietuvos Paštas, LP Express, Nova Post, Omniva, Smart Posti, Venipak, and more — plus the built-in OrderKrab Store Pick Up. To connect one, you enter the API credentials from your existing contract with that carrier.

  1. 1

In the sidebar, click Shipping (you land on the Shipping & Delivery tab).

  2. 2

Find the carrier — use the Search shipping providers field if needed. Cards show a status pill: Enabled, Contract active, or Disabled.

  3. 3

Click a carrier with no contract yet. The Add contract window opens.

  4. 4

Enter the credentials your carrier gave you (username, password, customer code, API key — fields vary by carrier). If you don't have a contract with the carrier yet, contact them to obtain one.

  5. 5

Click Add contract. On success you're taken to the carrier's configuration page; incorrect credentials show Provided credentials are incorrect.

  6. 6

Next, enable shipping methods and set customer pricing — see the pricing guide.

Good to know

  • OrderKrab Store Pick Up is the only provider that needs no contract.
  • To edit or disable a contract later, open the carrier's page → Carrier tab → Contract panel → Edit contract (which also has a Disable contract button).
