Free fulfillments and what happens when they run out
Every new organization gets free fulfillments (the first 100 are free). They're consumed before any billable fulfillments — even after you subscribe. If they run out and you have no active subscription, the organization is locked until you choose a plan.

Check your remaining free fulfillments in Organization → Plan and billing — the Free fulfillments counter.

If your organization gets locked, the app takes you to the Choose OrderKrab plan to continue screen. Only that screen and the Invoices page remain reachable.

On the locked screen, pick PRO or LABELS, click Continue to payment, enter your card, and click Subscribe to unlock fulfillment again.

If your billing details are incomplete, click Edit details first and fill in the billing information.
