How to create and share your referral code
Refer another store to OrderKrab and earn free fulfillment credits when they pay their first invoice - from 250 credits (~25€) for a micro store up to 3,000 credits (~300€) for a large one. The store that signs up with your code also gets 100 extra free fulfillments, once.

In the sidebar, click Organization and find the Referral Program card - Invite a store and use OrderKrab for free.

In the Your referral code field, type a unique code for your organization and click Save. The code is saved in uppercase.

The card now shows your code and your referral link. Click the copy icon (Copy link) to copy the link.

Share the link with a store you know: when they sign up through it, your code is already filled in. You can also share just the code - they enter it in the Referral code field when they set up their organization.

You receive your reward after the referred store pays their first invoice.
Good to know
- To change your code later, click the pencil (Edit code) - note that the old code and its link stop working immediately.
- Reward tiers: Micro (<100 orders/mo) 250 credits, Small (100–500) 750 credits, Medium (500–2000) 1,500 credits, Large (2000+) 3,000 credits.
- Client organizations of a warehouse don't have the card - they use the warehouse's fulfillment credits.
- The Referral Program used to be a gift-icon button at the bottom of the sidebar; it is now a card on the Organization page.
