How to switch between PRO and LABELS plans

You can change plans at any time from the Plan & billing tab while your subscription is active.

    In the sidebar, click Settings and open the Plan & billing tab.

    In the Plan card, click Switch to PRO (or Switch to LABELS).

  3. 3

    In the Switch to … window, click Confirm plan change. A "Plan updated successfully!" confirmation appears.

Good to know

  • Switching down to LABELS removes the PRO-only features - Pick and Pack, Krab AI, the Printer setup tab, Inventory, the Returns Portal and more. You can switch back to PRO at any time from the same card.
