How to remove a connected store

Owners and admins can disconnect a storefront from the organization. Orders already imported stay in OrderKrab, but new orders stop syncing.

    In the sidebar, click Organization.

    In the Storefronts section, find the shop you want to remove.

  3. 3

    Open the shop's Actions menu (the caret at the right of its row).

  4. 4

    Click Remove.

  5. 5

    In the Remove shop confirmation window, click Remove. A "Shop removed successfully" confirmation appears.

Good to know

  • The Actions menu also has an Open item that opens the shop's storefront in a new tab.
