How to connect your WooCommerce store
WooCommerce connects through the OrderKrab WooCommerce plugin and an API access token generated inside OrderKrab. You paste the token into the plugin settings on your WordPress site.

In the sidebar, click Organization.

In the Storefronts section, click Connect store.

Find the WooCommerce card and click Connect. OrderKrab generates a token and shows the WooCommerce token generated window.

Click Copy token to copy the API access token to your clipboard.

If you haven't installed the plugin yet, click Get the plugin at the bottom of the window to open the OrderKrab plugin page on WordPress.org, then install and activate it on your site.

In your WordPress admin, open the OrderKrab plugin settings and paste the token to complete the connection.

Back in OrderKrab, the window detects the connection automatically and shows WooCommerce shop connected. Click Close.
Good to know
- Only organization owners and admins can connect stores.
- If the connection fails, an "Unable to connect WooCommerce" message is shown — retry the connection or regenerate the token.
