How to connect your Shopify store
Connecting Shopify lets OrderKrab import your orders automatically and (optionally) show OrderKrab delivery methods in your checkout. The connection is made by installing the OrderKrab app from the Shopify App Store.

In the sidebar, click Organization.

In the Storefronts section, click Connect store. (During onboarding this is Step 4 — Connect store.)

In the Connect your store to Orderkrab window, find the Shopify card and click Connect. The OrderKrab listing on the Shopify App Store opens in a new tab.

Install the OrderKrab app on your Shopify store and follow the approval prompts inside Shopify.

Return to OrderKrab. The page checks for the new connection automatically — when it succeeds, your shop appears in the Storefronts list with its domain and a green confirmation.
Good to know
- Only organization owners and admins can connect stores.
- Shopify shops show a Checkout badge on the Organization page — it turns green when OrderKrab shipping methods are being sent to your Shopify checkout.
- Etsy, Amazon, PrestaShop, and eBay integrations are shown as Coming soon and can't be connected yet.
