How to manage store pick-up orders
Store pick-up orders travel through two extra statuses: In Transit to Store (on its way to the pick-up location) and Ready for Pickup (waiting for the customer). Storefront Users manage them in a simplified view.

When a pick-up order arrives at the store, open it and click Set Ready For Pickup (or select several orders on the Orders page and use the bulk action). The customer can now collect it.

When the customer collects the parcel, open the order and click Confirm Order Picked Up. The order becomes Fulfilled.

Storefront Users do this from their own Storefront Orders view, which shows only their location's orders with tabs: All Orders, Items Not Ready, In Transit to Store, Ready for Pickup, Fulfilled.
Good to know
- Store pick-up is configured on the OrderKrab Store Pick Up card, on the Shipping page's Carriers tab, including pick-up locations.
- Invite location staff as Storefront User so they only see their own location's orders.
- With Generate pick-up labels on, a pick-up order keeps its label actions while it is Ready for Pickup - Download label and Print label in the … menu.
