How to edit an order's shipping address and details

Fix typos in the customer's address, change the destination, pick a different locker, or set customs-related fields — all from the Edit Shipping Details window.

    Open the order and click the pencil on the Shipping card.

  2. 2

    To change the carrier or service, click Update delivery method. For locker methods, search and pick the Locker; for store pick-up, choose the Store pick-up location.

  3. 3

    Edit the address fields: Country, Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip Code, and Phone.

  4. 4

    Optionally set Export reason (Sale, Return, Gift) and Shipment size (S, M, L, XL).

  5. 5

    Click Update. A "Shipping details updated successfully" confirmation appears.
