How to print or download a shipping label
An order's label can be downloaded as a PDF or printed straight to your label printer via PrintKrab - and on a pending order without a label, the same actions generate it first.

Open the order from the Orders page.

Open the … menu in the top right.

Under Labels, click Download label to save the PDF - or Print label to print it via PrintKrab. On a pending order with no label yet they read Generate and download label and Generate and print label: OrderKrab creates the label first, and the order moves to Being Fulfilled.

For bulk downloads: select multiple Fulfilled / Being Fulfilled orders on the Orders page and click Download labels in the More menu. For Pending Fulfillment orders, Generate and download labels creates and downloads them in one go.
Good to know
- Print label requires the PrintKrab desktop app running and a connected label printer - check the PrintKrab status in the sidebar. While either is offline the action is greyed out, and clicking it opens the PrintKrab download.
- Individual shipments - the boxes of an order packed into several shipments, returns - have their own Download/Print buttons in the Shipments window.
