How to set up Store Pick Up
OrderKrab Store Pick Up lets customers choose in-store collection at checkout. It's a built-in provider — no carrier contract needed — with its own locations and fulfillment settings.

In the sidebar, click Shipping and click the OrderKrab Store Pick Up card.

Review the Pick up in store settings toggles — pickup fulfillment, auto-ready (mark store pick-up orders instantly), and store pick-up labels. These save immediately.

If your e-commerce platform supports native in-store pickup, use the platform's own solution — OrderKrab processes those orders automatically. Otherwise click Setup custom Store Pick Up.

For custom setup: enable the pickup method in the shipping methods table and add your Store pick-up locations — these are shown to shoppers at checkout.

Click Save in the page header.

Optionally invite location staff as Storefront Users so they can manage their location's pick-up orders.
