How to schedule a courier pickup

Once parcels are packed and labelled, OrderKrab can book the carrier's courier to collect them. The Courier pickup tab lists what is waiting for each carrier, lets you choose a day and a time, and keeps a list of the pickups you've booked.

   In the sidebar, click Shipping and open the Courier pickup tab.

   Under Ready for pickup, each carrier with parcels waiting has a card showing N parcels · N orders. Click Schedule pickup on the carrier's card.

   In the Schedule a pickup window, choose the Pickup date - today, while there are time slots left, or any of the next 14 days - and the Pickup time, between 07:00 and 20:00 in 30-minute steps.

   Check the Parcels list: the pickup is created for every order listed, each shown with its tracking code. Click an order number to open the order in a new tab.

   Click Schedule pickup. A Pickup scheduled with {carrier} confirmation appears, and the pickup is listed under Booked pickups.

   Under Booked pickups, switch between Upcoming and Past, or search by pickup code, carrier, order or tracking number. Each pickup shows its date, time and a countdown such as In 3 hours; click it to see the Pickup time, when it was Booked, and its parcels.
