How to schedule a courier pickup

When you have fulfilled parcels waiting, you can order a courier to come collect them on a chosen day and time.

   In the sidebar, click Shipping and open the Courier pickup tab.

   Under Pending courier pickups, find the carrier card showing N orders ready and click View.

   In the Create Pickup window, pick the pickup date in the calendar (past dates are disabled).

   Enter the Time in 24-hour format (e.g. 09:00).

   Click Create. A Created pickup for {carrier} confirmation appears.

   Scheduled pickups are listed under View created Courier Pickups — click one to see its details and included orders.
