How to create shipping rules (auto-assign carriers)
Shipping rules map the shipping text a customer chose in your store to a specific OrderKrab carrier and method — so incoming orders get the right delivery method automatically. A second rule type adds a locker-search block to the Shopify Thank You page.

In the sidebar, click Shipping and open the Shipping Rules tab.

Choose the destination in Select country to configure.

Click Add rule.

Pick the Rule type: Auto-Assign Carrier Rule (match incoming shipping text to a carrier and method) or Thank You Page Rule (show a locker search on the Shopify Thank You page for a chosen method).

For an Auto-Assign rule: enter the Incoming shipping text exactly as your store sends it, then choose the Shipping provider and Shipping method it should map to.

Click Save. The rule appears as a card summarizing the WHEN/THEN logic.
Good to know
- Rules need at least one enabled shipping option for the selected country.
- To delete a rule, click the trash icon on its card and confirm with Delete — this cannot be undone.
