How to enable shipping methods and set customer pricing
Each connected carrier offers methods like Lockers and Courier. On the Delivery map you switch them on country by country and set the price your customers see at checkout - including a free-shipping threshold. Nothing is stored until you press Save for that country.

Click the country you want to set up on the map, or type it into Find a country. A panel titled Shipping methods for (country) slides in, listing every method of every connected carrier that delivers there.

Use a method's On / Off switch to offer it in this country, or to stop offering it.

Click the method's row to open its window. Show at checkout repeats the switch. Enter the Customer price - what buyers pay - and, optionally, Free shipping from: orders at or above that total ship free. Leave it empty to always charge.

Click Done. The row shows the new price with an Unsaved badge - the window only stages the change.

Click Save in the Unsaved changes bar at the bottom of the panel. A Shipping methods for … saved confirmation appears and the map updates.
Good to know
- Carriers that price at checkout - DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Nova Post and Zipas Go - read Priced by carrier at checkout, and their window only has the Show at checkout switch. To charge your own price for one of them, turn on Use the fixed country price instead of the dynamic rate in that carrier's Carrier settings; the price fields then appear here.
- Map colours: Live in checkout (green) - buyers there get an OrderKrab rate; Needs attention (yellow) - methods are on, but something keeps the rates out of your store's checkout; Delivery not set up (grey) - a connected carrier delivers there, but nothing is switched on; Off - none of your connected carriers ships there. - A method with a Set up button has no settings for that country yet. Click it, and its switch appears.
- Leaving a country with unsaved changes - for another country, another tab or another store - asks first: Save, Discard or Keep editing. Discard in the bar throws the changes away.

- If your Shopify plan has no carrier-calculated rates, the panel is titled Delivery for (country) and only has the on/off switches: OrderKrab rates can't appear in that checkout, so there are no prices to set. Each row then shows On in X of Y countries - click it to open Turn on … in every country, review which countries will be switched on, and confirm with Yes, turn on; it applies at once, no Save needed. Keep your Shopify rates and let shipping rules assign the carrier.
- The Shipping rules block at the bottom of the panel counts the rules that apply to the country - 2 rules apply to orders to Latvia - and its Manage rules button opens the Shipping Rules tab, where rules are added and deleted.
- The Carriers row under the map shows where each carrier is live. Hover a carrier to highlight its countries; click it to open its page, or to connect it.
- Store Pick Up is not on the map - its methods and prices are set on its own page under the Carriers tab.
