Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your Smartposti agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Smartposti first.

Yes — at checkout. Smartposti lockers appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.

Set Smartposti as the return carrier for a country and every approved return gets a label — recorded on the WooCommerce order, with the label emailed to your customer by the plugin's own WooCommerce email (plugin 1.4.0 or newer).
