Do I need my own Smartposti contract?

Yes. OrderKrab prints labels on the Smartposti contract you already hold, covering both lockers and courier delivery, and you set the shipping price your customers pay. The same shipments can carry COD.

How big is the Smartposti locker network?

The independently verified figure is Latvia: 227 parcel lockers, 13% of all Latvian lockers, in the first half of 2025, per the regulator SPRK. Its lockers are indoor and climate-protected, and a 24/7 outdoor rollout has been running since autumn 2024.

Can I ship to Finland with Smartposti?

Not through this integration, which covers Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The Finnish link is its parent Posti, with around 2,000 parcel lockers and 150,000 locker doors in Finland as of November 2024. That Baltics-to-Finland corridor is its strongest differentiator.
