Do I need my own Smartposti contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your Smartposti agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Smartposti first.

Can customers choose a Smartposti locker in my Shopify store?

Yes, at either of two moments. At checkout, Smartposti lockers appear as distance-sorted pickup points, with COD-aware filtering. Or right after payment: a locker-search block on your thank-you page lets the customer pick a point, and the choice is saved to the order in OrderKrab.
