Do I need my own Omniva contract?

Yes. OrderKrab prints labels on the Omniva contract you already hold, and you set the shipping price your customers pay per shipping method and country. OrderKrab does not resell Omniva rates or quote them at checkout.

How many Omniva lockers are there?

1,321 parcel machines with around 172,000 compartments across the Baltics as of January 2025. Estonia had 387 as of November 2025, with a plan for roughly 600 by the end of 2026. Its Kaunas logistics center, opened in September 2024, is the largest in the Baltics at 22,000 m².

Can customers use a locker and pay on delivery?

Yes to both. The integration covers Omniva lockers and courier delivery, and the same shipments can carry COD. Scheduled courier pickups are not part of the Omniva integration.

Omniva is the default locker carrier for large numbers of Baltic shoppers, and one contract covers lockers in all three countries. It is strongest at home in Estonia, where it is the national post, and it leads the locker segment in Latvia. It is the only pan-Baltic locker network run by a national postal operator.
