Do I need my own Omniva contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your Omniva agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Omniva first.

Can customers choose an Omniva parcel locker in my Shopify store?

Yes, at either of two moments. At checkout, Omniva locker options can appear as distance-sorted pickup points, with COD-aware filtering. Or right after payment: a locker-search block on your thank-you page lets the customer pick a point, and the choice is saved to the order in OrderKrab.

How do Omniva returns work with Shopify?

Pick Omniva as the return carrier for a destination country, and approving a return request creates the Omniva return label and a real Return on the Shopify order with the label attached. Shopify emails the customer the label — the same flow the OrderKrab returns portal uses.
