Do I need my own Omniva contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your Omniva agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Omniva first.

Can customers choose an Omniva parcel locker in my WooCommerce store?

Yes — at checkout. Omniva pickup points appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.

How do Omniva returns work with WooCommerce?

Pick Omniva as the return carrier for a destination country. Approving a return request creates the Omniva label and records the return on the WooCommerce order — as an order note plus order meta, since WooCommerce has no native return object — and the plugin emails your customer the label as a regular WooCommerce email. Requires plugin 1.4.0 or newer.
