Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your Venipak agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Venipak first.

Can customers choose a Venipak locker in my WooCommerce store?

Yes — at checkout. Venipak pickup points appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.

How fast is Venipak delivery in the Baltics?

Venipak's home turf is next-working-day delivery across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, backed by 25 terminals and its own locker network. Delivery times are the carrier's own service standard — OrderKrab handles the labels, tracking and returns around it.

Orders sync from WooCommerce, and labels print through your own Venipak contract, cash on delivery supported. Mark an order fulfilled and the fulfillment lands back on WooCommerce, which emails your customer the tracking code.
