Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your UPS agreement. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from UPS first.

How is UPS priced at checkout?

Live. OrderKrab calls UPS's own rate-quote API at checkout and shows the rates it returns for the destination and parcel — there's no price table for you to maintain.

Does UPS support cash on delivery through OrderKrab?

No — UPS shipments can't use cash on delivery. If you need COD, offer a carrier that supports it alongside: Baltic carriers like Omniva or LP Express handle COD through the same OrderKrab account.
