Does OrderKrab show live UPS prices at checkout?

Yes. UPS is one of five carriers where OrderKrab calls the carrier's own rate API and shows what it returns, rather than a price you set. You connect your own UPS account, so the rates are the ones you agreed.

Can customers use a pickup point or pay cash on delivery?

No to both. Our UPS integration is courier delivery only, and COD is not available on UPS. For lockers or COD in the Baltics, use DPD, LP Express, Unisend, Omniva, Venipak, Smartposti or Latvijas Pasts.

Is UPS worth using inside Europe?

It can be. UPS Standard is day-definite European road delivery on the same account and tracking as its global air express, so an EU delivery need not cost express prices. UPS moved 20.8 million packages a day on average in 2025.
