Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts — you enter the API credentials from your DPD agreement, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from DPD first.

Which countries can I ship to with DPD through OrderKrab?

25 EU countries. You enable DPD delivery methods per destination country at your WooCommerce checkout, each at the customer price you set — so you can open one market at a time.

Can customers choose a DPD pickup point in my WooCommerce store?

Yes — at checkout. DPD pickup points appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.
