How to connect Claude to OrderKrab
Connect Claude to OrderKrab and ask about your orders, queue and returns in plain language - or let Claude create labels and update orders when you allow it. It works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, on every OrderKrab plan.

In OrderKrab, go to Settings → API & Apps and, under Connect apps, click Connect next to Claude. In the Connect Claude window, click Copy next to MCP server URL (
https://api.orderkrab.com/mcp). - 2
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose Add custom connector, type a name such as OrderKrab, paste the URL and click Continue, then Add.

Click Connect. Claude opens OrderKrab - sign in if you are asked to.

On the Connect Claude to OrderKrab page, pick the Organization Claude may use. Untick Make changes if Claude should only read data, then click Allow.

Back in Claude, the connector shows as connected, and the Connect Claude window in OrderKrab shows Claude is connected. Start a new chat and ask, for example, How many orders are waiting to be packed?
Good to know
- Claude asks before every action that changes data, such as creating a label or updating an address. You can allow read-only tools once or always in the connector's tool permissions in Claude.
- Claude acts as you: changes it makes show in the order history as API with your email.
- One connection covers one organization. To switch organization, disconnect in OrderKrab and connect again.
- On Claude Team and Enterprise plans an Owner first adds the connector under Organization settings → Connectors; each member then clicks Connect and signs in with their own OrderKrab account. The Claude Free plan allows one custom connector.
