How to work with your orders in Claude
Once Claude is connected, talk to it the way you would to a colleague who can see OrderKrab. These are the kinds of requests it handles - change the wording freely.
- 1
Check the queue: How many orders are waiting to be packed, and which ones need attention and why?
- 2
Find an order: Find Ruta's order from yesterday and tell me its status. Claude searches by order number, customer name, email, phone and tracking code.
- 3
Fix a problem: The carrier rejected order 1001. Change the postal code to 01103 and recreate the shipment.
- 4
Ship an order: Ship order 1001 with the Omniva locker closest to the customer, create the label and give me the link. Label links work for 15 minutes.
- 5
Hold or release: Put order 1001 on hold until stock arrives or Release it to the packing queue.
- 6
Handle returns: Show this week's return requests and their reasons or Approve return 42.
- 7
Read your numbers: How many labels did we create last month compared to the month before? Which carriers and countries were busiest?
- 8
Check stock (PRO, FREE and WAREHOUSE plans): How many units of SKU ABC-1 are left in each location? Add 20 at the main warehouse.
Good to know
- Creating a label books a real shipment with the carrier and counts as a fulfillment on your plan, exactly as it does in OrderKrab.
- Claude cannot change carrier contracts, billing, team members or settings, and it does not create new orders - those stay in OrderKrab.
- If Claude says it can't make a change, the connection may be read-only. Disconnect and connect again with Make changes ticked.
